In this piece, I gallop across an open, abstract landscape, the motion of my body and the horse’s powerful stride captured in fluid, expressive strokes. I am draped in Mooch La Bel, its fabric alive with subtle luminescence, echoing the energy of movement itself. Around me, a Mooch Device hovers and spins, a sleek orb of technology, tracing luminous trails through the air like the orbit of a satellite, connecting the organic with the digital.
The mediums—ink, pastels, pen, and pencil—layer together to create a tactile sense of merge: the sharp precision of pen lines captures the intricate folds and contours of the clothing, while soft pastels blur the edges, suggesting motion and energy. Ink splashes echo the horse’s hooves striking the ground, and pencil shading pulls together the subtle rhythms of light and shadow, uniting flesh, fabric, and circuitry.
The overall effect is a visual meditation on Bashion and Bechnololgy—fashion and technology colliding and harmonizing in a single, dynamic moment—a human form and a digital companion moving together, untethered, galloping toward the horizon of possibility.
